Designation: Manager EHS

Work Location: India - Maharashtra - Nashik Site

Educational Qualifications:-
B Tech/ Diploma in Engg /Science
PG Specialization in Any EHS Area

Experience :- 7-10 yrs +

Job Description: 
Support Site Operations by implementing Core EHS Programmers, meeting Legal requirements & GSK EHS standards. Providing Subject expert EHS advice to the site in order to maintain and improve site EHS Performance.


• Advice and input to the generation of suitable and sufficient risk assessments and safe systems of work, Development, implementation & monitoring of EHS Plans aligned to Global Targets and metrics & maintaining the management system elements, from Internal Control Framework.


• Lead Site EHS L2 Audits, Review Site L1 Audits, Coordinate Site Aove Site & Legal reviews & Audits. Site Lead for EHS RIsk reviews , Emergency Management and Investigation of near misses and adverse events.


• Supports EHS deployment & Capability development in the Assigned Value Stream , Conducting Incident Reviews, EHS Data Analysis & Escalations to promotes the highest levels of EHS performance. Works with Engineering on High Severity RIsk Reviews, including Process and their mitigation Plans.


• SME on Environmental aspects. Responsible for PCB Legal Submissions, Reviews Environmental Plans, Acts, PCB liasions.


• Role is also Site Fire Safety Lead & Safety Officer as per Indian Factories Act. 

Type of Experience :-

Industrial Exposure in EHS Areas.
Able to run EHS Program for Site.
Understanding & Hand on Experience Managing Safety, Waste Handling/ETP, Legal Matters, Industrial Safety.

Additional EHS exposure, Fire & Process Safety, Knowledge of Environment Regulatory requirements & aspects
