Job Purpose :

To carry out the production and fill finish activities of plasma proteins

Accountabilities

Actual production operations as per SOP adhering to GMP

Managing plasma protein manufacturing process

Managing upstream and downstream processing of plasma products

To carry out fill finish activities in Plant-1 and Plant-4B

Executing production as per production plans

Preparation of facility for Internal/External audits.

Preparation of BMR's

Support to validation group to carry out routine validation

Process units SOP's

Co-ordinate with QC for in process and final product testing

Supervising safety related activities

Co-ordination with various departments for regular maintenance, cleanliness and environmental monitoring of the critical area

Carrying out activities related to Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management as per SOP

Awareness/Knowledge on the consequences of not following Standard Operating Procedures related to Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management

Outcomes and KPIs :

Flawless production

Online documentation of BMR

Submission of BMR to Plant Head/QA

Adherence to GMP and safety practices

Educational Qualification :

Necessary:

Graduate in Science (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy)

Desirable:

Post Graduate in above
