3.Manager – API Outsourcing
Wakad , Pune, Maharashtra, India
Qualification: BE(Chem)/B.Sc.
Experience: 6 Years+
Acquire firm quarterly rolling demand plan from stake holders like, Kurkumbh API site, Domestic Formulation, Formulation-EOU, API Sales Regulatory and API Sales ROW
Get demand plan for 12 months, to be updated on monthly basis
Generate RM requirement, communicate it periodically with SCM.
Track RM supplies to Third Party sites and supplies of manufactured product from there to various stake holders
Coordinate with KK, SCM, PM, R&D, API Sales, Formulation, site representatives in outsourcing team and Third Parties
Liaise with Supply Chain and procurement team at third party to ensure RMs are ordered to meet the delivery time line
Track inventory at Emcure sites and at Third Party Sites(including RMs being procured by TP for Emcure projects) and raise alerts for deficit and Non-moving inventory
Supply SCM in salvaging Non Moving Inventory
· Planning, tracking and Intermediates, reporting and presentation
· Inventory Management
· Plant, Facility, cross functional know-how
· Basic Understanding on regulatory, quality, procurement and taxation
