We at Evertogen Life Sciences, Jadcherla (80kms from HYD) in Pharma SEZ looking for production head for our plant with 12-15yrs exp as per the below JD. Sal range 12-15L PA CTC.
Job Descritpion:
– Must have experience in Oral solid dosage formulation in production and packing Departments.
– Production Head for pharmaceutical OSD Mfg Unit at Jadcherla with min 10-15yr of exp and BPharm/MPharm qualification.
– Must have exp in regulatory and customer quality and safety audits like MHRA,USFDA,TGA etc.
-Responsible for Production planning, scheduling, execution & meeting production targets set by Management
-Production management / plant management/ packaging
-To identify and arrange for availability of adequate resources for manufacturing.
-To monitor and control the product quality at all in process stages
-Documentation knowledge of SOP, Operating Manuals, BMR,BPR, Validation ,Calibration and Preventive maintenance etc.
– Troubleshooting Skill of Machinery will be added advantage.
-Responsible for checking the quality records frequently for adequacy.
-To establish a quality system related to production and to monitor and improve it on a continuous basis .
-Must possess strong commercial acumen, develop strategies & plans in alignment with short-term and long-term objective, should lead, motivate subordinates & develop, trained a high performing managerial team.
