Qualification : Any qualification

Experience : Minimum 2 years in chemical industry

Looking for an experienced operator for batch process. Candidate must know how to handle chemicals and take reactions, monitor process, utility and prepare Batch Manufacturing Records.
Operate equipment
Monitor plant to ensure efficient production.
Must have experience of working in chemical industry
Loading / unloading / dispatch of RM tanker safely
Optimum utilization of resources and reduce wastage / cost with minimum lead time
Batch Unloading & batch process maintaining
Ensure utility for smooth production
Giving samples in lab of RM, In process and finish goods
Ensure recycling of old / off-spec / leftover material and ensure utilization
Manage time cycles of production and report for deviations to shift incharge
Manage quality parameters before unloading and whistleblowing for issues
Charging RM as per need
Maintaining EHS and housekeeping
Take handover of previous shifts
Pack material as per client specifications
Managing Flaker Machine
