1. Qualification: Graduate (Any),IT hardware/Networking Certification

1. Experience: 5-8 years from pharma /manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Desktop Support:
   New computer system installation.
   Maintenance and troubleshooting.
   Preventive Maintenance wherever required.
   E-Mail Configuration.
   OS & Software upgradation and patch updating.

1. Network Support:
   New Network device installation.
   Maintenance and troubleshooting.

1. Backup and Restore:
   Standalone instrument system backup configuration and monitoring as per procedure.
   Server backup execution.
   Restoration testing.
