1.Plant Manager

 Jhagadia

Experience: 8-12 years

Qualification: B. Tech. or equivalent

• Lead and drive continuous improvement of product quality, quantity, efficiency and yield
• Identify, minimise and resolve the unsafe condition and major risks
• Identify the OHS hazards and carry out risk assessment
• Carry out Root Cause Analysis of breakdowns and major deviations
• Comply with legal and statutory compliance requirement of State Pollution Control Board and Factory Act

2. Quality Control Manager

 Jhagadia

Experience: 10-15 years

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./PhD in Chemistry

• Make amendments in specifications and work instructions as per QMS
• Ensure testing of materials is carried out as per quality plan and SOP
• Manage the non-conformity of products with proper resolutions and convey deviation of results to immediate superiors
• Ensure timely calibration, repair and preventive maintenance of all the LAB equipment
• Follow BBS (Behaviour-Based Safety) to maintain safety culture at workplace

3. Technology Exploration Manager

 Vadodara

Experience: 5-8 years in process design and technology. Experience in Aspen Plus and CFD Software preferred

Qualification: B. E. Chemical from a reputed institute like IITs, CT and NITs

• Lead a team that creates engineering documents, performs deep technical understanding and economics studies  (OPEX/CAPEX) for newer, strategic technologies, chemistries and concepts
• Bring newer ideas w.r.t  process intensification, energy intensification, advanced separation processes like DWCs
• Develop comprehensive understanding on basics of engineering and scale-up aspects of critical, strategic technologies  from lab to pilot and pilot to commercial
• Modelling in  Aspen Plus, CFD  software for resolving critical process engineering issues

4. Business Development Manager

 Mumbai

Experience: 5-8 years in vendor/business development in chemical or allied industries or leading consulting organisations with strategy/market development projects

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech. Chemical or MSc. Chemistry from a reputed institute

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships
• Work closely with R&D and Technology Development teams to shepherd new product development projects through the stage gate process
• Articulate business case for identified opportunities as per internal guidelines and templates
• Planning and Project Management
• Look for opportunities to improve and add to the core processes described in the BD element to make them more practical and suited to business needs

5. Research Executive (Analytical)

 Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3-10 years

Qualification: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry or M.Sc. Chemistry with large industrial experience in analytical method

• Mentor and coach team of Research Executives 
• Develop analytical method for the existing and new molecules
• To support organisation in terms of achieving various quality accreditations
• Prepare COA (certificate of analysis) for finished goods lot as per specifications
• To support structural identification of impurities and by-products and waste characterisation
• To support synthesis lab, Kilo Lab, Pilot plant in terms of process development and scale up quality needs

6. Research Executive (Synthesis)

 Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3-10 years

Qualification: MSc. Organic Chemistry

• Mentor and coach team of Research Executives for effective and safe execution of experimentation plan
• Interpret quality results and revise the experimentation plan
• Procure raw materials as per lab requirements
• Set up lab requirements (reaction assembly, distillation, filtration, reaction work-up, crystallisation) as planned
• Carry out reaction process as per the provided plan, analyse raw material, in process reaction intermediate and product

7. Project Manager

 Jhagadia

Experience: 8-14 years

Qualification: BE/ B. Tech. (Chemical Engineering) with certification/diploma in Project Management

• Achieve project objectives by making strategic action plans, implementing procedure and policies aligned with quality, and safety standards
• Plan the project activities to create a detailed work plan needed for successful completion of the project
• Determine and allocate resources (time, cost, equipment, manpower etc.) as per scheduled activities
• Provide approvals for layout, designs , studies, equipment
• Ensure the delivery of the project within the scope, timeline, and budget

8. Project Commissioning Manager

Experience: 15 years/ Experience in similar role for at least one project is essential

Qualification: BE (Chemical)/Msc(Chemistry)/Bsc (Chemistry)

• Develop detail commissioning plan and timeline chart
• Prepare, validate the commissioning documents for executing the commissioning plan
• Carry out the installation qualification for all equipment and electrical/ instrumentation installations
• Carry out water fill test, hydraulic tests, statutory pressure vessel qualifications
• Carry out all interlock testing, sequence logic dummy DCS testing

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting with SAP Asset Accounting certification (desirable)

• Responsible for project planning for SAP as well as other system projects and ensuring that the project is moving as per the project plan.
• Identifying system gaps and understanding and validating the business requirements
• Designing systems such that the KPIs required to monitor business process performance
• Coordinate with  internal stakeholders for project / CR execution
• Performing system testing before releasing the system for user testing and ensuring closure of all the test issues

10. SAP EHSM Executive

 Vadodara

Experience: 5-8 years Should have managed and implemented at least one end to end system for Sustainability and Risk Management such as Enablon, SAP EHSM module

Qualification: BE / B. Tech., MBA in Operations / Systems (preferable)

• Manage and execute assigned systems / software related implementation support activities to ensure timely completion of assigned activities by coordinating with all concerned departments
• Project planning and ensuring that project is moving as per project plan
• Identifying system gaps, understanding and validating business requirements for improving efficiency and reliability
• Designing systems as per KPIs to monitor business process performance
• Ensuring all stakeholders are updated about the project updates and project status

11. SAP EHSM In charge

 Mumbai / Vadodara

Experience: 5-8 years in managing and implementing end to end system for Sustainability and Risk Management such as Enablon, SAP EHSM module for a client in Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, etc.

Qualification: BE/B. Tech., MBA in Operations/Systems

• Manage and execute assigned systems / software related implementation support activities to ensure timely completion of assigned activities by coordinating with all concerned departments
• Project planning and ensuring that the project is moving as per the project plan
• Identifying system gaps, understanding and validating business requirements for improving efficiency, reliability of the same
• Designing systems as per KPIs to monitor business process performance
• Ensuring all stakeholders are updated about the project updates and project status

12. SAP MM Executive

 Mumbai / Vadodara

Experience: 2-5 years in SAP modules (SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP CLM) with exposure to SAP role maintenance

Qualification: BE / B. Tech., MBA in Operations (preferable)

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution
• Perform system testing before user testing
• Prepare / update user manuals for CRs, system issues and projects
• Conduct end user trainings
• Ensuring that project related documentation is comprehensive and updated at all times
• Perform new developments / system configuration as per the requirement and subsequently test to achieve successful go-live

13. SAP MM In charge

 Mumbai

Experience: 5-8 years providing extensive support to SAP MM modules with exposure to SAP role maintenance, SAP PS and SAP PM

Qualification: BE / B. Tech., MBA in Operations (preferable)
