Experience: 7 to 9 yrs

Job Profile:

Indenting, organizing approval of PRS of Laboratory requirements i.e. Chemicals, Columns, Standard, Spares and Consumable, Packing materials, Glassware's and Stationary items.

Co-ordinate with purchase team to release PO's for the indented items PRS.

QC Store maintenance. Properly arranging chemicals with compatibility as per designatedrooms in QC Stores.

Issuing chemicals, columns, and other lab needs upon request from QC Sections. Material verify and complete MRR Activity with co-ordinate of respective QC Sections.

Update the existing QC Stores items in LIMS and implement and follow as per LIMS activity. Raising work orders for engineering job works.

Organizing and co-ordinate the work permits for QC General Works, RGP and NRGP for requested items

Daily monitoring of QC Stores chemicals and organizing to dispose activity of expire chemicals as per safety and MSDS.

Responsible for ERP and agile PLM activity.

To prepare monthly requirements of Chemicals, columns, glassware, stationary and Instrument spares & service.
