We have an urgent requirement of Maintenance Engineer
Company – Soothe Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.
Designation – Maintenance Engineer
Experience – (1-4yrs)
Location – Greater Noida
Industry Type – Healthcare (Sanitary Napkins/Diaper)
➢ PLC program implement & troubleshooting in Mitsubishi PLC only
➢ Maintenance of PLC and HMI controlled machines including AC/DC servo drives/VFDs & troubleshooting.
➢ Troubleshooting electrical & mechanical issues & resolving them.
➢ Analyze machinery breakdowns and implement corrective actions to improve the machine uptime.
➢ Monitor preventive and condition based Maintenance activities. Monitor & control consumption of spare parts and suggest improvements.
➢ Knowledge of various types of sensors like proximity, optical sensors, TC & RTD’s.
➢ Knowledge of Servo and pneumatic based pick & places with vacuum mechanism.
➢ Operation and maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic systems using solenoid valves, cylinders etc.
➢ Working in shift , responsible for shift breakdowns and documents like shift logbook, machine history cards, shift performance sheet, manpower handling etc.
➢ Basic knowledge of utility equipment like DG sets, Air Compressors.
