Role Utilities & Engineering Services

Department & Location Maintenance / Taloja

Educational Qualification(Required) B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) or DME & BOE(Boiler Operation Engineer) Certificate

Experience(Required) 2-4 years for Graduate Engineer or 8-10 Years for Diploma Holders

Reporting to Administrative Assistant General Manager-utility and CPP

Role Purpose Responsible for reliable, continuous operation of utility and ensuring minimum loss in production due to utility unavailability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Knowledge in O&M of high pressure Boilers,Oleo-Chemical Plant Maintenance ,Gas Turbine,Capative power plant,DCS operation,Ash & Coal handling system,Coal fired Thermic fluid heaters

2. Erection, commissioning and maintenance of plant utilities like pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, chillers,VAM, Driers and HVAC systems. Erection commissioning and maintenance of all water, air, gases and oil systems and piping. Nitrogen plant,DM water system O&M,Cooling Towers.

3. Good O&M knowledge of various utility equipment.

4. O & M spares planning capability. Fuel,chemical stock management

5.Good communication and co-ordination with other Departments.

6. Knowledge in erection and commissioning of new equipment & plants.

7.Experience in Capative Power plants & Coal fired Thermic fluid Heaters will be an advantage 8. Experience with IAEC boilers ,VAPOR boilers & Thermax make boilers and thermic fluid heaters are preferred.

9. IBR work and interaction,scheduling of boiler inspections with Directorate of Boiler.

Technical Skills & Knowledge - Requirement

1.Technical knowledge, Communication Coordination &, creativity

2. Should have knowledge of MS Office, Windows Operating System and DOS & SAP

3. Managerial, Leadership , administration, presentation & net working

4.Should be team member for QMS,EMS and as a auditee for internal and external audits.Also to work as a Internal auditor for those.

5.Shood have BOE certificate.
