Zydus Cadila Job Opening For B.Pharma/M.Sc. biotechnology/M.Sc. Microbiology - Media Filling, formulation and packaging department of Vaccines.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Media Filling, formulation and packaging department of Vaccines.

Exp-4-5 years

Qualification- B Pharma/M.Sc. biotechnology/M.Sc. Microbiology

1. Area and equipment qualification.

2. Preparation and review of IQ, OQ, PQ protocol and reports, SOPs, BMR, Campaign change protocols and validation protocols etc.

3. To fill BMR, logbook and formats of production, perform and Follow the cGMP.

4. Coordinate with QC, QA and Engineering for production related activities.

5. Exposure on aseptic manufacturing using CIP/SIP vessels, manufacturing processes

6. Capable to initiate and review of change control, deviation, risk assessment etc.

7. Experience on regulatory audits and internal audits.

8. Inter departmental coordination for smooth functioning

9. Exposure to media simulation for Vail and PFS line, and prepare the summery report.

10. Exposure to Vial and PFS Filling of different products.

11. Capable to perform or monitor the filling, sealing, visual inspection or packing activity for vial and PFS

12. Capable to monitor material preparation and sterilization.
