We have an Urgent requirement in Admiron Life Sciences at Parawada, Visakhapatnam. for the following departments

Preference will be given to those who can Join immediately and or willing to really relocate to Visakhapatnam

1) Department: RD (Bulk Drugs /API Experience)

Position : Chemists

Experience : 1-2 years in CRO (contract research organization)

Openings : 05

Qualification : M. Sc Organic chemistry

Job Description: 

· Experience in Organic Synthesis/Multi-step Synthesis.

· Handling reactions from mg to gram scale.

· Sound Knowledge of isolation, separation & purification techniques.

· Experience in characterization and identification of Organic molecules using spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR, LCMS and HPLC.

Positive and confident individual with strong work ethics.

· Team player and good communications skills.

2) Department : R&D (Bulk Drugs /API Experience)

Position : Chemists

Experience : 2-5 years in API (Active pharmaceutical ingredient)

Openings : 05

Qualification : M. Sc Organic chemistry

Job Description: 

· Good knowledge of synthetic chemistry and Process R&D of API and advanced intermediates.

· Analytical knowledge of HPLC, NMR and LCMS and also analytical interpretation.

· Perform synthetic chemistry reactions, reaction workups, purification of the compounds by column chromatography, crystallization, re-crystallization techniques, preparative TLC and operating lab equipment's.

· Ensure that the samples generated during the course of synthesis are given for analysis and record subsequent results obtained and update the supervisor / group leader on the progress of synthesis and ensure samples are packed appropriately for shipment

· Record the observations of experiment/reaction, results, utilization of resources and other activities related to the reaction in the laboratory or notebook following guidelines and in timely manner and ensure that the same is handled safely and confidentially.

· Planning and execution of laboratory experiments associated with assigned projects.

· Proactive planning of the experiments and Risk assessment knowledge to handle the critical/ pyrophoric/hazardous reactions.

· Exposure to Transfer the process to Kilo lab or Pilot plant.

· Ensure that they know the MSDS of the chemicals they are handling and aware of emergency response procedures in case of accidental spillage, leakage or fire and ensure proper waste segregation as per EHS norms

· Attend all mandatory trainings and update training records as and when trainings are completed

· Ensure confidentiality at all times.

· Prepare SOPs/IOPs/EOPs/OCPs when any new lab activity is identified or existing one requires updating.
