Actively or independently handle Methods development for Assay, Related substances Dissolution, Residual solvents and other tests. Hands on experience about literature survey required for method development.

Independently perform analytical method validation for Assay, Dissolution, Related substances, Residual Solvents for various drug preparations. Independently write validation protocol and report. Analysis of formulation development/stability/pre-formulation excipient compatibility samples.

Technology transfer of Analytical methods and Analytical Method Validation as per ICH guidelines at manufacturing site.

Calibration of HPLC systems, UV, KF, Melting point Apparatus, Dissolution Tester, Gas Chromatography.

Perform dissolution profile and data comparison for R&D Trial batches

and innovator drug Product / RLD Samples.

Execute Comparative Dissolution profile at manufacturing site. Hands on experience to Ophthalmic, Solid oral, Liquid and Injectable formulations.
