Job Responsibilities :

Completion of assigned projects as per timelines

Adhering to process SOP

Timely completion of documentation

Adhering to Safety Risk compliance

Job Purpose :

Biochemical testing of vaccine DS and DP

Accountabilities :

Preparation of buffers, solutions and reagents. Check , pH, conductivity and osmolality

Biochemical testing of DS and DP and stability samples:

Protein estimation (BCA, Bradford , Lowry)

Nucleic acid content

Adjuvant quantification

Preservatives,

Formaldehyde

SDS-PAGE and western blotting

Raw material and Packaging material testing

HPLC based testing of DS and DP

ELISA based Identity testing or quantification of antigens.

Real time PCR

Any other biochemical test as per product specifications

Equipment cleanliness and maintenance

Preparation of Standard operating procedures.

Results reporting

Outcomes and KPIs

Error free testing of samples as per SOP /protocol

Timely reporting of results

Records as per cGMP and ready for audit

Educational Qualifications :

Necessary: MSc

Desirable: MSc

Experience : Necessary 3-6 yrs.

Desirable : Biochemical testing, 3 years
