Executive - Maintenance (Water System)

Qualification: Diploma / BE-Mechanical / Engineering Graduate

Experience : 05-10 years

Gender: Male

Salary: 7.50 LPA/CTC

Job location - Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Job Profile:

1) To ensure smooth operation of Water System Plant

2) To coordinate with vendor for the Services ensure smooth operation of the Water system.

3) To assist in Installation and modification of Water System Plant. 4) To attend Breakdown Maintenance of Water System Plant.

5) Preparation of SOP's and Log Sheet of equipment's etc.

6) Operation and Maintenance of WFI, PSG system.

7) Oversee the Engineering Spares Planning & Procurement for Clean Utility System

8) Oversee the Engineering Spares Warehousing & Inventory Management For Clean Utility System

12) Ensure compliance with applicable statutory & regulatory requirements (including those for manufacturing of pharma products). Ensure adherence to Global Engg & Reliability Standards.

13) Candidate from Pharma Ind. / OEM Suppliers will be most preferred.

9) Develop the Plant Asset Care Program (ACP)-comprehensive planned maintenance regime with emphasis on preventative maintenance

11) Drive proactive condition monitoring program

10) Ensure reliability improvement analysis and correction
