Department: Production (Injectable Experience

      Position : Filling operators

• Experience : 2 to 5 Years (Injectable Experience)
• Openings : 10
• Location : Safe Parental, Narasaraopet, Guntur Dist.
• Qualification : M Pharma / B Pharma, BSc / MSc, ITI/Diploma

Job Description:
1. Operation & Cleaning of Vial Filling and Stoppering Machine.
2. Responsible for filtration of different products.
3. Maintaining good housekeeping in their work area.
4. Online documentation of all the activities in log books.
5. Operation of Equipment during periodic qualification stage.
6. Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures during the operation and cleaning of the equipment.
7. Co-ordination with Engineering department during preventive maintenance and machine break downs.
8. Reporting all the deviations to the immediate supervisor.
9. Responsible for smooth operation of the machine and giving the desired output in the scheduled timelines with defined cGMP standards.
10. Maintain discipline and motivate the workforce for better productivity and cGMP compliance.

Department: Microbiology (Injectable Experience)

• Position : Executives (2-5 Yrs.) / Senior Executives (6-9 Yrs.)
• Experience : 2 to 9 Years (Injectable Experience)
• Openings : 10
• Location : Safe Parental, Narasaraopet, Guntur Dist.
• Qualification : BSc / MSc Microbiology,

Job Description:
1. To perform critical utilities monitoring of microbiological water sampling and analysis.
2. To perform viable environmental monitoring and area qualifications.
3. Water and environmental monitoring trends preparation.
4. Preparation of method validations protocols and execution of the activities
5. To perform quality management system to ensure excursions change controls, deviations and investigations with respect to microbiology laboratory.
6. Review of Method valid ocations like Disinfectant validation, water validations, Bio Burden, MLT and Sterility validations.
7. Review of Bio assay analysis documents.
