Position: Dy. Manager / Manager - PDD

Geographic Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Qualification: Any Science / Pharma Graduate with Diploma in

Packaging Technology or Certification Course

Experience:

Minimum 8-12 Years of Experience with proven work experience of PDD in pharma Industry, SAP knowledge must

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Interpersonal & Leadership skills

-Must have team handling experience and good at cross function work environment

Team size : 6+

CTC range: Not a constraint for right Candidate

Roles & Responsibilities

- Will be independently leading the PDD team for Development of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Packaging material for Regulated/ Non-Regulated market

- Mentoring and drive the team for Packaging component specification,

artworks, Bill of material, QMS documents, labeling, pertaining new

launch (EU Market) & or extend the existing product presentation to

new territories.

- Responsible for Innovator analysis of market pack or Innovator pack

for Large & Small Volume Parenteral and Injectable

- Handling of Packaging development of R&D stability batches and

Co-ordinate for exhibit batches

-Be a part of tech committee for technical inputs & co-ordinate with

cross functional department (Regulatory affairs, Marketing, Production,

Purchase and Production Planning & Control) for timely delivery of

project and to provide all the necessary Data/documents of Packaging Material for regulatory filling

- Lead the team to initiate the machine / line / packaging material trial

whenever requirement arises at manufacturing plant.

- Accountable for vendor qualification activities for new vendor.
