Requirement:

Position: Production Executive

Qualification: M. Sc. Chemistry

Experience: 2 to 6Yrs.

Industry: API/Peptides

Job Role:

-Need to work on Reactors, filters, centrifuges in the batch process.

Purification using Novasep, YMC, Columns (Preparative HPLC System)

Perform peptide Synthesis, Purification, Lyphilisation. Adherence to quality / Safety norms/ GMP norms.

-Operation and cleaning of equipment's used in process area as per SOPs. Commissioning of new products whenever introduced in plant through proper documentation.

Report deviation from standard practices through change controls. To maintain safety of man, materials and machineries in plant.

Key Competencies (Technical, Functional and Behavioural)

Working knowledge of Reactors, filters, centrifuges in the batch process. Expertise in Novasep, YMC, Columns (Preparative HPLC System) Experience in peptide Synthesis, Purification, Lyphilisation. Adherence to quality / Safety norms.

Knowledge of MSDS.
