Job Title: Manager – QA (QMS)

Location: Ponda (Goa)

Job Description:

* Responsible for overall training activities of location as per Site training SOP designed to meet cGMP standards.

* Adherence to the cGMP requirements in the plant.

* Responsible for document control and timely destruction of documents completed the retention period after storage.

* Maintain Documentation section ready for audit and easily retrievable.

* Co-ordinate with customers for addressing the queries and attending customer specific requirements.

* Maintain and update customer Quality matrix.

* Review all audit compliances submitted by various departments and ensuring that the defined action plan (CAPA).

* Review documents that are prepared or revised as part of audit compliance.

* Ensure completion of CAPAs pertaining to Internal, External and Regulatory audits and ensure that they are completed within defined timelines.

* Draft and compile regulatory compliance report.

* Ensure all documents pertaining to audits are maintained.

* Impart training on GMP and other technical topics.

* Investigate and address Market Complaints

* Investigate product recalls and returned goods.

* Perform Annual Product Quality Review

* Handle change control, Deviations, Failure investigations and other Quality related incidents.

* Review and assist departments carrying out training need identification and design training matrix for all employees.

* Preparation training calendar as per the training need and ensure that all training activities are completed as per training calendar.

* Analyze and evaluate the training effectiveness.

* Maintain all training related documentation

Note

* Semisolid Manufacturing exposure is an added advantage

* Male candidates will be prepared
