Job Description

• Duplicate check and book-in in oracle Argus safety database

• Check correctness of the data as per source documents and

procedures

• Data entry of Individual Case Safety Reports in Oracle Argus Safety

• Date correction of ICSRS identified while preparing signal orts,health hazard assessment reports (HHA), routine signal review,

post process quality check (PPQC), and FDA adverse event reporting system (FAERS) review

• Handling Literature cases.
