Total experience : 3 – 10 years.

Job Description:

A) Protein Characterization:

Responsible for mass spectrometry based method development & validation for Biosimilar product.

Responsible for capillary electrophoresis based method development & validation for Biosimilar products.

To perform and analyze Kinetic studies of Antigen-Antibody interaction using surface Plasmon resonance (SPR)

B) Downstream Processing

Expertise in downstream process development of large molecules recombinant protein and monoclonal antibodies.

C) Cell Line Development / Cloning

Candidate should be familiar with Biosimilar cell line development and have experience in handling and working with mammalian and microbial cell lines under aseptic conditions.

Candidate should have hands experience in molecular cloning/vector construction, PCR, Real Time PCR.

Working experience with Cell printer, Cell Imager or suitable cloning platforms desired.

D) Upstream Processing

Planning and supporting cell culture and microbial fermentation related experiments.

To coordinate and deliver robust, scalable and cost-effective biosimilar manufacturing for clinical and commercial purpose.

Implement stage appropriate analytical methods, protocols and systems and processes in compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
