Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Work closely with the management on Human resources Services, Policies and all statutory compliance of the organisation.

2.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business needs of the organisation.

3.Having experience of planning and working independently in HR.

4.Manage the recruitment and selection process.

5.Manapower planning and deployment of manpower ( shop floor ) properly as and when required.

6.Trainig and Development – On Boarding, Induction and orientation of new hires and executing the training programs for employees as per the

requirement.

7.Experience in managing the performance appraisal system for the organisation.

8.Total Support to Administration management and supervision of activities like contract labour, pest control, housekeeping, transportation,

scrap disposal, laundry, canteen ctc.

9.Report to the management and provide decision support through HR Metrics.

10.Adept at handling day to day to activities on co-ordination

with internal / external departments for smooth business operations.

Requirements:

*Pharma experience will be preferred.

*Must stay in Jadcherla.
