Roles and Responsibilities:

Parenteral (Manufacturing)

Having knowledge of Autoclave, Vial sterilization tunnel, Vial Filling and stoppering machine, Vial Washing Machine,

Good knowledge about validation of Autoclave, Vial washing machine, Vial sterilization tunnel, Manufacturing Tank calibration.

On line documentation and timely entries of all operation/ activities in BMR, Log Books etc. Handling of all GMP documents

Good Knowledge & Work in solution preparation area. Batch manufacturing of General Products.

 

Parenteral (Packing):

Execute line clearance before start packing activity.

Observation of Auto and Manual Visual Inspection activity.

Documentation and handling of Labeling, Blistering, Auto-cartooning and carton printing activity.

Performing In-process during the packing activity and insert folding activity.

Issuance of Secondary packing material as per FIFO.

Reconciliation of batch.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Should have experience of General Parenteral – Manufacturing (SVP)

Should have experience of General Parenteral – Packing

Ready to work in rotational Shift
