1 SUPPORT TO EXITING UNITS & NEW UNITS FOR PERMISSIONS     

  Ensure environmental compliances / clearances

1.1 Support to Obtaining Environmental Clearance from MoEF, Delhi for New UPL plots /existing Units expansion

1.2 Support to Obtaining CTE (NOC) from SPCB for expansions /modernization for our indian units

1.3 Support to Obtaining CTO ( CC&A) amendment & renewal from SPCB for expansions /modernization for our Indian units

  50% Management requirments for inclusion of new site ,new products at existing sites & timely obtaining EC/NOC/CTO

 

 2 INTERNAL & External Reports Submissions & ENV compliances     

 Ensure environmental compliances & submission of various Monthly/half yearly/yearly reports to SPCB/CPCB/MoEF for OUR Units

2.1 submission of all returns / reports on time reports to GPCB from all Indian units – Audit report, Environmental statements, Hazardous waste Return, half yearly compliance reports of EC to MoEF / CPCB / GPCB

2.2 Environmental Compliance of all Indian manufacturing units

2.3 Ensure implementation applicable Env ACTS/Rule at our units 30% Compliance of conditions given in CTE / CCA, MoEF/CPCB/GPCB notices/reply , 

 

 3 SUPPORT TO EXITING UNITS FOR OPERATION OF EMS SYSTEMS    

  Develop capabilities in operating plants to manage environmental systems

3.1 Daily monitoring of Online Transmission paramters transmitted to CPCB Website and communicating deviations to concerned HoD`s. 

 3.2 Guiding & support to improve environmental compliances

3.3 Technical support to operating site

3.4 Regular rounds at our indian units for improve EMS system performance 

 3.5 GPCB officer’s rounds, their remarks/Notices, implementations/reply 20% Daily monitoring reports,GPCB notices etc
