Sterilization Operations (Autoclave)

Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive

Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy

Experience : 4 to 6 years

Required Skills

Hands on experience in Vial Filling, Sealing and Washing Machine

Plan, prepare and execute as per the filling schedule

Manpower planning, handling and utilization

CIP, SIP of Mixing Vessels & Filling Machines Involved in IQ, 00, PQ and RQ of Autoclave, Vial Filling Line & Lyophilizer

PRODUCTION COMPLIANCE/DOCUMENTATION:

1. Position: Executive/Sr. Executive

Qualification : B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc.

Experience:: 4 to 7 years

Required Skills

Should handle the change controls, deviations, CAPA&SOPS preparation

Should have hands on experience in the profile, Production Compliance and Sterile

Packing

Position

Required Skills

Should have experience in operations of packing,

labelling, blister packing machines and Autocartonator Track & Trace to perform cleaning activities and

machine troubleshooting

Maintain document batch details in logbook and BPRS as per documentation practices
