Job Title- Assistant Manager/Manager- API Procurement for Pharmaceutical Company

Job Responsibilities:

• Global Procurement of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and developing of new vendors.

• Procurement of Active Pharmaceutical Excipients (APEs)

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

• Managing daily purchasing activities.

• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

•

Skills:

• The candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in global purchase of API/APEs

• The candidate should be

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Devices products.

• Experience In Raw Material Purchasing for Pharma API is mandatory

• Sourcing of Pharma API raw material

• Negotiating best price

• Ensuring timely supply from vendors

Salary: INR 7,00,000-12,00,000 P.A.
