QUALIFICATION : CA (FINAL)

Job Description For - Finance Controller (Cluster/ Unit)

1. Preparation of Budget for Plant expense

2. Review the Actual Financial Performance against Budget 3. Cost optimization Initiatives like partnering for reduction/optimization in Plant

in other Operation Cost efficiency Projects (Solvent Recovery, CIP etc.)

4. Analysis of various Operating matrix like Plant Occupancy, Capacity Utilisation, Review of Actual Productions. 5. Analysis of Non-moving, Slow moving & near expiry Inventory & Action plan for reduction of Non-moving/near expiry Inventory, also

support in liquidation plan through salvage

6. Analysis of Actual Consumption against Budget, Yield. 7. Review Plant process and ensure all controls are in place

8. Identification of Risk Assessment & Mitigation

9. Monitoring of plant scrap
