(Senior Profile) More than 4 years

Location – Moraiya, Ahmedabad

Job Description: 

Post Sales Technical Support

· Critical analysis of technical queries related to products

· Coordinate multidisciplinary activities related to query  resolution

· Timely reporting of analytical data

· Maintaining relevant data on customer portal

· Close Communication with customer for query resolution

· Arranging the technical meeting with customer as and when required

· Implement novel process to improve operational efficiency

· Identify process improvements for post-sales support functions

· Minimize query resolution time leading to customer satisfaction

· Analyzing the regulatory deficiency and suggest appropriate action plan

· Customer Relationship Management.
