Implementation of Policy Management in SCM Corporate functions and deployment to the Unit Level Implementation of DWM in SCM corporate functions and Units.

Defining MP-CP and tracking at all levels

Identification and facilitation of Improvement Projects and QCC Projects leading to Business Impact

Imparting training at Unit level on Various TQM topics such as Policy Management, Daily Management, TPM, SPC, Advanced Statistics, QCC, 5S, Six Sigma etc
