Utility

Sr. Executive: B.E Mechanical/Electrical with 8 years of relevant experience. The job requires to monitor operation of air handling units, duct able split units, building management system and HVAC devices and utility equipments, to ensure preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, water systems and process equipment with records, to ensure cleaning of filters of air handling units treated fresh air units and ventilation units as per defined schedule and record data, to ensure execution of integrity test and air velocity test of clean room and equipment HEPA filters as per defined schedule with documentation, to ensure operation of pre-treatment water system and clean utilities like purified water generation, storage & distribution system (Loop-l & II), water for injection generation, storage & distribution system, pure steam generation, storage & distribution system, to perform/ensure sanitization of clean utilities like purified water generation, storage & distribution system (Loop-l & II), water for injection storage & distribution system and to ensure integrity test of vent filters and pure steam quality test.

Operator: ITI with 4 years of relevant experience.

Candidates should be responsible to perform operation and preventive maintenance of utility equipments like chiller, air compressor, air dryer, cooling tower, pumps, clean utility equipments and black utility equipments, should responsible to perform operation of water system, HVAC system and BMS. The job requires maintenance of GMP documentation like log books, records and status labels for preventive maintenance, status labels for performance verification activities for CGMP compliance and maintenance error free. documentation as per defined procedures.

ETP Operator / Kill Tank Operator: ITI with 4 years of relevant experience in handling ETP equipments like kill tank, RO recovery system etc., handling utility equipments like chillers, air compressors, pumps, dryers, cooling towers, dosing systems etc., and handling water system equipments.

For All the above positions, candidates having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP is essential along with pharma / vaccine industry background.
