Job Description:

1. Shall possess a Degree in Science (preferably MSc) or any branch of Engg & Shall have a diploma in Industrial Safety.

2. Shall have 10- 12 years of experience working in Sterile API's & Formulation units.

3. Shall be able to develop and implement Safety systems. Wok Permit systems, JSA's, Audit systems. Will be responsible to look after construction safety, Fire Protection & Prevention programs (Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm and firefighting capabilities in the site.

4. Shall be able to carry out Risk Analysis (HAZOP/HAZAN). Develop & implement PPE & RPE program. Shall have good experience in carrying out HIRA and PSSR. Shall handle management of change control. Well versed with handling CAPA's and deviations. Shall possess good analytical skills.

5. Develop & maintain On Site Contractor & Visitors Safety. Shall develop OSEP and implement the plan. Shall lead accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis and propose effective CAPAs. 6. Shall facilitate in developing Safety procedures across all departments.

Shall be aware of Acts & Rules Department of Factories and ensure legal compliance.

7. Shall be responsible for developing various training modules and impart training across all departments. Experience in handling OSHAS/ISO certifications.

8. Shall be able to communicate with cross functional departments & clients both verbal and able to draft mails.

9. Person shall be responsible for handling ETP/STP. Track & maintain water balance of the site. Shall be responsible for handling & disposal of various hazardous/bio medical wastes. Liasioning with PCB, CETP's and TSDF.

10. Person shall be well aware of Good documentation practices and good understanding of data integrity aspects. Work experience in USFDA certified unit would be preferred.

Person shall have good skills on MS Office (Word, excel, PPT etc).
