Job Title: Officer – Quality Assurance (Compliance & Audit)

Department: Quality Assurance

Experience: 2-5 Yrs.

Qualification: BPharm/MPharm

Location: Ponda (Goa)

Job Description:

· Collate and circulate audit observations of self- inspection, External audits and Regulatory Audits and ensure that they are completed within the defined timelines, also keeping track of all the other activities related to self-inspection in adherence to the SOP.

· Tracking the CAPA and checking effectiveness of the CAPA.

· Perform unit operations (auditing of SOP implementation, adherence to GMP in the plant) and identify gaps, define appropriate CAPA and ensure implementation of the same.

· Assist concerned departments for preparing responses for audit observations of External/Regulatory audits.

· Maintain all documents pertaining to audit and compliance.

· Prepare/revise documents like SOPs, List, Formats etc. pertaining to compliance section.

· Perform periodic reviews/trend analysis of data integrity related observations and report the findings and recommendations to Head Quality Assurance.

· Review master documents (MFR, BMR & BPR)
