We are looking to hire Deputy Manager/ Manager – specialist in Printing & Packaging for Faridabad, Haryana Location.

Job Responsibility:

· Required good knowledge of box making, material used & designing

· Manage all work according to packing schedule and maintain an inventory of materials and completion of all projects with required time frame

· Develop team environment in department and resolve all packing issues in coordination with quality department

· Collaborate with other departments and support groups (e.g., internal, operational support, quality, delivery)

· Good in to expedite optimization of product packaging to increase customer satisfaction

· Leads the design process for packaging materials for products, including brainstorming, sketching and creating prototypes

· Works with clients to understand their needs

· Evaluates consumer and market trends for packaging materials

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical/ Specialist in     Printing & Packaging

· Experience: 10-15 years of experience related industry

· Solid judgement along with decision making skills

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Command on MS Office & SAP Tools

· A knack for negotiation and networking
