Position : Chemist Vacancies : 10 Nos.

Department : API, Process R&D

Experience : 0, 01 – 05 years

Qualification : M. Sc., 

Location : Kukatpally, Hyderabad

JD:

⦁ Ability to understand the process parameters

⦁ Having strong chemistry knowledge

⦁ Ability to involve the group discussion within the same group

⦁ Having capability to perform multiple reactions and downstream workup procedure.

⦁ Have the knowledge to calculate moles, mole ratios and percentage of yield.

⦁ Ability to compile the optimization data and its understanding.

⦁ Minimum knowledge in ICH guidelines.

⦁ Ability to write the structure conformation reports by using the NMR, Mass, IR and UV.

⦁ Having strong chemistry knowledge

⦁ Ability to involve the group discussion within the same group

⦁ Having capability to perform multiple reactions and downstream workup procedure.

⦁ Have the knowledge in calculate moles, mole ratios and percentage of yield.

⦁ Minimum knowledge in ICH guidelines.

Skills Required : API Process development from Feasibility to Optimization.

Desirable : Ability to perform the reactions with minimum supervision.

JD:

⦁ Development of an efficient, scalable, eco-friendly and cost effective synthesis for a given Project.

⦁ Liaise with cross functional teams including SCM, PM, IP, Quality, SHE and Engineering on a regular basis to ensure seamless and sleek execution of projects.

⦁ Regulatory Aspects, Technology transfer (TT), Process Scale up & Plant Support Skills and Trouble shooting.

⦁ Providing technical and scientific support for process development of designing an API by identifying the Critical Process Parameters (CPP), Critical Quality Attributes (CQA), Source of Variability for each unit operation and mitigate the risk of scale up and optimize the process in order to achieve the “Quality Targeted Product” (QTP)

⦁ Identifying and mitigating the risks in the project by anticipating the problems for Process Scale up and Validation.

⦁ Optimizing process parameters by planning of result oriented experiments, what if’s and concluding by interpretation of analytical data.

⦁ Pilot plant trail for optimization, fine tuning of process and to understand/monitor critical process parameters at pilot scale to avoid failure in commercial scale.

⦁ Technology Transfer, Process Scale up & Plant Support Skills and Troubleshooting: Comprehensive knowledge of GMP Risk Assessment, Quality Risk Assessment, troubleshooting all plant relative issues, Deviation, Out of Specifications (OoS).

⦁ Regulatory Affairs: Knowledge on Regulatory authorities/agencies, ICH guidelines on Quality (Q), Safety (S), Efficacy (E), Multidisciplinary (M)-Genotoxic impurities.

⦁ Regulatory Aspects, Technology transfer (TT), Process Scale up & Plant Support Skills and Trouble shooting.

⦁ Route Design, Route Investigations, Process Design and Process Development of Chemical Entities, Literature search using Sci-finder and Journal etc.,

Skills Required : API Process development from Feasibility to Optimization.

Desirable : End to end responsibility of development new products by Designing, Planning and Executing process optimization studies to ensure the process robustness and to improve the quality, safety, cost and productivity.
