*S Kant Healthcare Ltd.* has the following opening available for a new India focussed division:

*Designation: Squadron Leader & Coach (Managing Partner)*

Reporting Manager: Managing Director

No of Reportees: 4

Work Location: Mumbai

Travel Percentage: 25 % to 30% of working time

*Main task /Responsibility of the position:*

1. Creating Marketing Strategy (Physical and digital) for Launch of a new Domestic Marketing Division

3. Hiring of Sales & Marketing professional as per the Talent Plan.

4. Building overall Marketing Plan & Quality/Projections/Forecasting/Quality of sales/All India effort norms/Strategy Implementation.

5. Top line & Bottom-line achievement /MS% of focus TA's/Net contribution/Establishing markets and Brands/Improving market share of Focus TA’s

6. Networking with KOLs/KBCs/ Key business prospects/Brand planning/Division projects/Team projects

7. Build & develop Marketing & Sales Team/Retaining performers & performing team to meet business objectives.

8. Plan, develop and successfully launch new products.

9. Volume/Cost Optimisation/Profit for the division/ P&L of the Division.

*Educational Qualification / Experience:*

B. Pharm/M. Pharm with MBA from reputed institute.

Minimum of 20 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry

Candidate should have exposure to all India Markets in different capacities

Experience of launching new divisions and businesses and understanding the challenges of launching new division along with high focus on execution and implementation in any segment

Must have successful track record of leading divisions

The candidate must have reasonable exposure to digital marketing

Must have exposure to Cosmoto-Dermatology Segment, PAN India experience will be preferred

Experience of successfully launching new division will be preferred

Computer Proficiency: Must be good in Word/Power point & Excel

Language skills:

Fluent in English

Language skills in multiple Indian Languages will be an added advantage.
