Designation – MIS Executive

Responsibilities

· Monitor, generate and report Company Performance (P & L) by collaborating with stakeholders across organization.

· Preparing, Updating Management dashboard, delivering various reports to provide valuable insights.

· Interact with Business and Cross Functional Teams like Commercial, Operations, Planning, R&D to track Orders and Revenue and New Business opportunities both monitoring and forecasting for further reporting to management. Also enabling discussions on countermeasures.

· Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual budgets, ensuring confidentiality of financial data and proprietary information.

· Prepare and present revenue analysis , costing analysis, variance analysis on a monthly basis and identify cost saving process improvements

· Prepare location/ Plant wise /product wise profitability and present the same at board meetings.

· Ensure accurate and efficient MIS preparation.

· Generate cost center and profit centers

· Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation.

· Support in the various audits, internal control and compliance activities of the Company.

Education and Experience:

CMA / MBA-Finance/ CFAB

4 to 6 Years in Similar Role preferably in a manufacturing organisation.
