We are currently looking for Candidates with 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience in Project Management for Steriscience Specialities Pvt Ltd (Injectable Division of Strides Pharma). Candidates with Relevant Experience in Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical Industry can Apply.

Work Location: Bangalore

Please find the Brief JD Below:

1) Manage significant projects directly, take part and assist with the pre-planning and conceptual phase. Assist in developing and maintaining the project schedule.

2) Drive the execution of Strategic and Functional projects by partnering with all stakeholders to develop project charter, metrics, resourcing as well as identify barriers, obstacles, and interdependencies between projects.

3) Manage projects through the full project cycle from initiation/planning through to execution/controlling and closure. 

4) Develop effective reporting tools to ensure clarity of status and efficient execution of projects (adherence to scope, schedule budget, quality goals). 

5) Lead governance meetings within key stakeholders - Executive Updates, Change Management Updates, and Operations Project Updates.

6)Proactively keep all relevant stakeholders informed on progress and risks, ensure critical tasks are understood by necessary business leaders and act as a liaison between the project lead, executive, senior management and the cross-functional project teams.

7) Seek cross functional alignment, drives consensus at meetings where stakeholder priorities may differ. 8) Database management for the project deliverables from the site.
