Desired Candidate Profile

– Must be Graduate / Degree Holder.

– Minimum of 1-3 years in the same filed.

– With good hands in Computer.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

· Receipt, storage & issuance of all material in stores, arranging stock tag for every receipts.

· GRN (Goods Receipt Note) & physical issue of material with posting in SAP/SOPIC of all the material in stores.

· Follow up with end user for timely inspection of material & clear Invoice.

· Timely submitting invoice to finance after GRN for payment process.

· Record the number and the kinds of supplies and report to HOD on daily bases.

· Disseminate the supply in its designated areas.

· Securing the status of each supply.

· Checking possible damages / scratches / rejection / storage.

· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

· Follow proper material handling procedure in Store.

· Prepare Comparative Statement.

· To keep close watch on dispatch of materials as per PO schedule & making constant follow up for not executed orders.
