Qualification : -

BCA, Diploma in Information Tech, B.Tech in Computer Science, B.E (IT)

Experience:

(1-7 Years EXP. In IT Dept)

Job Description:

IT Infrastructure Service Support-For infra of IT Like - LAN, WAN, Data Center, Servers

➤ Helpdesk Support in Regular or day by day user calls related to IT.

➤ Software Support -First level support for troubleshooting, Installation.

Annual Maintenance for server, desktop, routers, switches and other IT assets.

IT Compliance- Attend audit compliance related to IT

Documentation -CSV documents like IQ, OQ PQ, RMPR, and others SOP/CSOP, Annexures and Others. Backup and Restoration.

Manufacturing Area support related to IT Like PLC, SCADA, HMI, Bar code scanner, Printer, weighting Balance etc. Ready to shifting work( 1st, 2nd, gen, night shift.

Required Documents :

Resume, Pan card, Aadhar card, 10TH (SSC), 12TH (HSC), Qualification Certificate, If Exp. then Experience Ceritificate, Appointment Letter, Pay Slip or Salary Structure, Vaccine 2nd dose certificate. (Note without documents no interview)
