Job Description:

Knowledge of chemical reactions like distillation, fermentation and centrifuging.

Capability to handle Shift Separately.

Overall Knowledge to operate Molasses base Fermentation & Distillation Plant independently

Ability to Supervise on all section

Understanding and experience of manpower handling.

Experience in DCS / PLC based control systems in plants

Educational Qualification: B.E. Chemical or B.Sc Chemistry / Microbiology & D.I.F.A.T ( Post Graduation Diploma in Industrial Fermentation & Alcohol Technology)

Work Experience : - Minimum 10 years in Molasses base Distillery
