Job Descriptions :

1. Performed various Analytical tests such as Moisture content, Dissolution, Assay, Content uniformity and Related substances test for oral solid dosage forms as per regulatory requirements.

2. Performed Analytical Method Validation of Assay, Dissolution and RS methods.

3. Involved in performing comparative dissolution profile study in different dissolution medias (DPDM) for oral solid dosage forms.

4. Performed analytical tests related to Injectable dosage forms such as Assay, RS, preservative assay and High molecular weight protein (HMWP by size exclusion chromatography).

5. Preparation of Analytical Method Validation Protocols and Reports.

6. Involved in Development of Analytical Methods for Assay, RS and Dissolution as per requirements for formulation dosages.

7. Compilation and review of AMD Stability data.

8. Preparation of Specification/Standard test procedure and COA of finished products and raw materials.

9. Preparation of Analytical Method Transfer Protocols.

10. Performing the Calibration of Analytical Balance, Micro Balance, pH Meter and HPLC as per Master Schedule.
