Position: Purchase officer

Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office)

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech

Skill Set:

Good verbal, written and in person communication and negotiation skill.

Multitasking and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Understanding of engineering related to pharmaceuticals industry.

Computer skill related to SAP R3 MM and MS office.

Understanding of ethical framework and confidentiality.

Job Responsibility:

Procurement of engineering goods/items for Projects, CAPEX and OPEX.

Engineering construction contract finalization, ARC, AMC etc.

Floating of RFQ to registered/new vendors against SAP PR.

Coordinate with project team/ plant maintenance team to freeze the technical requirement against received quote from vendors.

Negotiation on Commercial Terms and Price.

PO preparation in SAP and floating to vendor as per approval.

To adhere the time lines for PR to PO and Material delivery.
