To ensure there are no safety related incidents in Manufacturing area.

To ensure wearing the PPEs while working in routine operation/maintenance of any machine as per requirements.

To inform supervisor/individual regarding a safety/ Hazard concern in area.

To ensure cleanliness and environmental norms of filling area including air locks.

To ensure availability of clean room garments and goggles.

To check and verify the equipment after preventive maintenance. If any abnormality found, rectify it for smooth operation in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

To give training guidance to workers and operators on standard operating procedures related to manufacturing & clean rooms

To perform the integrity test of filter (i.e., Bubble point test/ Water Intrusion) within defined frequency & report out results in predefined documentation.

To ensure availability of 70% IPA and Disinfectant for cleaning and sanitization.

To ensure SAP entry after completion of filling activity. To check the equipment after preventive maintenance and if found any abnormality, take correction action before commencement of further process. To train the personnel to improvement of skill for defined work as well as on productivity and quality. To maintain & analyse product wise rejection trend & ensure corrective actions are taken for smooth operations.

To handle or ensure smooth operations of respective equipments related to filling area. To ensure availability of Batch manufacturing Record (BMR) for execution as per plan & submission of executed BMR on time to QA department.

To ensure the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) norms are followed and maintained across the production.

To provide sterilized component as per filling operation plan of manufacturing line. To communicate with supervisor for production activity and plan.

To communicate for any utility or technical problems to concern department to avoid the production loss or any quality issue.

To stop the activity and inform to superior if any non-conformance found in activity In absence of chemist, supervisor will ensure these roles and responsibilities.
