To ensure such as WFI sampling, collection, material addition at define temperature, final volume preparation, Bulk sampling, transfer solution to Holding, Filter integrity testing of the filter.

To ensure the cleanliness of area and machines before commencement of the mixing process.

To ensure preparation of types of label & proper labeling on standard weight

To ensure CIP / SIP of the process equipments and records

To ensure Load cell verification and record

To verify material with Dispensing documents as well as Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR)

To verify material addition during mixing as per Batch Material Record (BMR)

To collect IPPT samples such as WFI sampling, pH sampling, Bulk sampling & handover to respective departments such QC, Micro

To review Documents review and ensure these are maintained in line with GDP & SOPs

To ensure the housekeeping (Cleaning of the area) & safety norms are to followed inside clean room
