Design Engineer

Industry Type: Manufacturing & Engineering

Minimum year of Experience: atleast Minimum 0-8 Yrs

Qualification: B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical) or PG/MBA/PGDM in any specialization and any Technical Degree

Functional Area: Designing of Equipment related to Sugar, Bio-fuel, Ethanol and Distillery Industries

Software Skills: VISIO, Autodesk Plant 3D, Smart Plant P&ID for Developing of HMB, P&ID

Location: Mohali

Role: Associate Engineer (Manager) Salary: Stipend for Freshers and

Experienced- as per the market standards

Key Points:

- Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)

→ Advanced computer skills (Microsoft & Google), should excellent in MS Excel for report making

Should have technical knowledge of Heat and Mass Balance (Pipeline.

Motor, Vales, Automation Components Logics.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for timely completion of Designing of Equipments

2. Providing support to Business Development team for Technical Bidding and coordinating with Sales & Project Team

3. Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD).

4. Preparation of Utility Flow Diagram (UFD).

5. Preparation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).

6. Development of Intelligent P&ID using by SPPID Software

7. Updation of client comments, solving inconsistencies

8. Generation of plant reports

9. Co-ordinate with Engineers for the technical data during the development of P&ID

10. To Handle in-house rejection/rework complaints and taking corrective actions

11. Finalizing Layout Drawings, Process flow Drawings, Material Management Equipments.
