This position is responsible for new product trials, commissioning of new products, facilitation of products commissioning of new plants.

Capacity improvements, cost improvements initiatives in existing plants, other Technology and innovative improvements in exiting set up.

This position is based at Ankleshwar and responsible for all india formulation sites.

Key responsibilities

To coordinate pilot demo from R&D and review of Technology transfer package

Trouble shooting in production plants and improvements of product qualhere

Prepare the pilot demo report for new products

Closely working with R&D and Project for commissioning of new plants

Ensure the safety study (HAZOP,PHA, PSSR points etc.)

Debottlenecking and capacity enhancement for the existing products

Process improvement and optimization of Existing products

Ensure timely lunch of new products in coordination with cross function teams

Have knowledge of mass balance, energy balance and utility calculations

Have knowledge of basic engineering and detailed engineering
