Become the expert in the Electrical Engineering aspects of our product offering and client applications

• Coordinate with cross functional teams to facilitate innovative approaches for reducing product, installation, and service costs while maximizing efficiency and quality

• Develop strategies for new market and customer segment opportunities

• Evaluating and sourcing of various products to determine product compatibility with existing systems

• Develop site level drawings to clearly explain the optimized system layout for each client

• Work with R&D team to provide feedback and inputs for future generations of our product

Qualifications:

• BE in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• BE, 7 or more years of relevant industrial experience (hydrogen or renewable energy); MS, 5 or more years of relevant industrial experience; PhD, 3 or more years of relevant industrial experience

• Experience with hydrogen industry is preferred

• Experience with PEM electrolyzers is preferred

• Understanding of hydrogen applications and ability to innovatively develop application strategies

• Experience interfacing with customers, utilities, permitting agencies and vendors

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
