We have Openings for The following.

Department: Process Engineering

Position: Executive to Manager

Qualification: B. Tech (Mech)

Experience: 5 to 15 years

Location: Hyderabad 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Project coordination, commissioning and qualification of Biopharma facility and processing equipment.

Shall involve in design, review & finalizing of facility layouts.

Shall have expertise on performing utility calculations, Equipment capacity calculations, reviewing P&IDs of manufacturing vessels, Downstream equipment (TFF, Chromatography systems, columns etc.), Engineering equipment etc.

Shall have knowledge on preparation of Mechanical BOM, Valve matrix preparation etc.

Shall have experience in design of interconnection process piping, Utility piping etc.

Shall prepare and review documents related to URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ as per regulatory guidelines.

Responsible for FAT & SAT activities.

Shall have knowledge on HMI/SCADA, IPC interfaces.
