Exp- 4-8 Yrs 

Job Responsibilities 

- Responsible for all vendor Qualification. To review all the documents pertaining to vendor qualification and maintain the same.

- Preparation vendor Audit plan and conduct Audit for various API, RM and PM vendors and preparation of audit report accordingly.

- To prepare and update approved vendor list as per schedule. And follow up and co ordinate between purchase & Vapi QA.

- Preparation vendor Audit plan and conduct Audit for various API Distributors and preparation of audit report accordingly. To take follow up for the audit compliance.

- To handle all the pre shipment samples from new vendor. To evaluate the drug component for its feasibility based on results of Pre-shipment samples in coordination with R&D department. And check Recommend vendor as Acceptable / Not Acceptable conditions for approval.

- To deal with issues associated with material quality with purchase, vendor and QA/QC Vapi.

- To communicate with vendor with respect to any non conformance and to get the required Corrective Action and Preventive Action from vendor and based on Audit report and CAPA received from vendor prepared the Audit Closer documents.

- Decision on approval of new vendor and disqualification of existing vendor in conjunction with Head QA.

- Preparation and review of Vendor SOP and Various formats related to Vendor SOP.

- To evaluate Excipients vendor documents and requirement of vendor audit based on Quality Risk Management.

- Carried out the Audit for Internal audit for QC Laboratories and Third party laboratory.

- Maintenance Review and Handling of Documents for Qualification of Various API, RM and PM Vendors.

- Preparation vendor Audit plan and conduct Audit for various API Distributors and preparation of audit report accordingly.
