Experience: 1-5 years of experience in Cell line Development and Cloning

Brief JD:

1) Candidate should have sound knowledge about rDNA technology, molecular biology, cell biology. Hands on work experience in expression vector development, PCR, real time PCR, mammalian (CHO based) /microbial (Bacterial/Yeast) cell culture, single cell cloning, stable cell line generation for mAbs, therapeutic protein is essential.
